THE MEASURE OF SUCCESS IN THE GLOBAL WORKPLACE

The TOEIC test measures the ability of nonnative speakers of English to communicate in the international workplace. It assesses English proficiency in both listening and reading. Test questions are based on authentic samples of language taken from everyday situations such as meetings, reports, phone calls and travel. Suitable for use in all lines of business, the TOEIC test measures the language competence of candidates whatever their level or function. With more than 3.5 million test takers per year, the TOEIC test is the standard for workplace English worldwide.

What makes the TOEIC test the international standard in workplace English?

  • Reliable and objective — Regardless of which test form you use, the results are always accurate and consistent so you can compare results and measure progress over several years.
  • Reasonably priced — Because the test is so affordable, you can use it on a regular basis to monitor candidates’ progress.
  • Easy to administer — TOEIC is available at open sessions in certified testing centers, or at regular sessions in TOEIC offices around the world. You can also administer the test at your own location. TOEIC representatives will work with you to establish the best administration method for your needs.
