Many companies use the TOEIC Test to evaluate the everyday English skills of existing or prospective employees against the levels required to carry out their particular responsibilities. The TOEIC Test ensures that these skills are measured objectively, cost-effectively, and efficiently. Periodic testing is also often used to measure progress in English.
